I recently photographed the latest addition to the Grida family. I absolutely adore photo sessions in the family home, this is what lifestyle family photography is all about, capturing people in their own environment where everyone is relaxed, the family pooch even made a special appearance. I want the families I photograph to look back on their albums from the session and think “wow i remember how that felt” its something that doesn’t really happen if you so into a studio setting or use a heap of props that don’t really have any special meaning for you. Those photos tend to date quickly and theres no way your 13 year old child wants his footy mates coming over and seeing a canvas hanging on the wall of his naked week old booty (no matter how cute it may be). What do you do with your big expensive canvas then? It get put in the garage along with aunt Mabels horrible hand crocheted birthday gifts never to be seen again.

I recommend purchasing fine art albums, they don’t take up much space can be kept on your coffee table or bookshelf and will never go out of fashion. I have fine art archival quality albums available for purchase that will last a lifetime.
